Michel plays a key role in positioning companies in large and growing business segments. During his 16 years at Neptune, he served as Chairman of the Board from 2000 to 2008 and as Vice President of Business Development. During the creation of Neptune, he played an important role in helping to create a new nutritional product category: omega-3 krill oil. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to build a business in the residential construction industry. Previously, he worked for large companies including Armstrong World Industries and Reichhold Chemicals where he held senior business development positions. Michel also served as a municipal councillor, member of the executive committee, of one of Quebec’s largest cities for 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University. He was the instigator of the creation of AQIC and became one of its co-founders.
