Annabelle St-Pierre holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Since 2018, Ms. St-Pierre has held a research position at Innofibre, a college technology transfer center affiliated with the Cégep de Trois-Rivières. At this center, Annabelle St-Pierre mainly supervises research related to the valorization of residual plant matter.
